Charlotte Russe

I came in super last minute Friday night I needed some shoes for an event! I found the PERFECT pair in my size someone just threw down. Literally one shoe. When I tell you the girls at the store went above and beyond searching for this shoe!! lol easily took us over a half hour (I mentioned earlier it was closing time right? Sorry about that) customer service was at an all time high thank you ladies so much! I looked good & that’s on perioddddd❤ufe0f

So CR is open again in the Galleria and I have no idea why. They came back with cheaper looking clothing and a bargain bin feel. I can't imagine it'll be open for very long.

So amazing how helpful the ladies in this store are. I didn't know exactly my wife's size. showed the lady in the store a photo and she sold me the right size and was very friendly. If I could remember her name is request the company recognize her for going above and beyond. Short African American lady with a jewel in her face.........she was awesome

One summer I got a really beautiful blush color tank top from the store and everyone loved then I died my hair one night and that was all she wrote I hope I find it there again if so I’ll change this three stares to five stars

Unfortunately they are no longer open they are closed down but I did enjoy this store very well outlet mall location is no longer there
