Right-off-the-bat associate Luke saw me looking at some sandals, smiled and offered to get my size right away.nI am a size 7 and he brought out a 7 and a 7.5 just-in-case.nI tried them on and ended up going with the 7.5.nLuke was very helpful and made my experience fast and easy.nThe lady at cash-out was nice and informative too. (I liked her nails). She told be about the ALDO Gel Instep Cushions for extra support so feet don't slide. And that was added to my purchase as well.nOverall good experience. 5 STARS!

I’ve been shopping in this store for YEARS! They will never get another penny from me. The girl was soooooooooo rude! She lied & made up a return policy! A shoe that I was interested in buying was dirty I needed the shoe that day because I was leaving for Vacation the following the day so it couldn’t be ordered. Never once did the girl offer to clean the shoe she was just very rude & disrespectful. She refused to give her name & the store managers name. Terrible terrible experience! If you want good customer service don’t shop here!
