The Italian Village

As always the experience was lovely. The dining room was properly lit for an intimate dining experience. Expect to take home leftovers when you dine here. The portions of all the food options from appetizers to the main course are enough for 2 people. The food flavors are delightful and entertaining to the palette. The food value exceeds the cost of the meal. This should be a go to Italian dining experience for your family.

Service was very bad. NOT customer friendly at all. Waitress was very rude. They need to hire some people with manners if they want to stay in business. Food was moderate...they call them-self Italian Village but there food is nothing comparable to authentic Italian food. Very disappointed.. waste of my money. Please stay away from this place.nnJohn...Thank you for your reply...but like i mentioned about...i was very unsatisfied with your staff's service. I placed an order online and when i came to pick it up..one of your waitress was very rude...she had no respect toward paying customer. Since it was already paid for online..nshe seems just want me to take the food and get out of her way...nCustomers should be appreciate.. NOT treated with disrespect.nCustomers like me are the main source of your business.nI am extremely sorry to say...i would never to order again.

Derek was just a great Waiter!! He was there when needed & not coming to the table in the middle of us eating!! The Food was Just DELICIOUS!! I HAD THE Gnocchi with Red Sauce, my wife had Chicken Parmigiana, Mom had Penne with Red Sauce!! All platters were cooked just Right, & came out Very Hot. The only complaint I have is the loaf of Bread could have been a bit warmer & the Dipping sauce had no Flavor!! Tasted like Submarine Sauce!! Could Add some Garlic and Onion for a little more flavor!!! We Will Definitely Be Back!!!

Excellent cuisine... don't let the funny looking parking lot fool ya well worth the visit.. Excellent service Excellent selection.... did I mention the food was awesome Best Italian food in Western New York......

My husband and I ordered to go from this place to try something different. We were a little apprehensive as orders to go sometimes don’t do the actual restaurant justice, but those concerns were immediately put to rest when our food arrived like it had just come out of the oven hot! The portions were huge and both meals were absolutely delicious. I got the chicken parmigiana and he got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and a side of garlic bread. Everything was perfectly cooked, hot, fresh, and it made us all the more excited to bring our whole family to dine in soon. I even reached out to my family that lives out of state to tell them that when they visit, we are going to eat there!nnThank you Italian Village for a fantastic meal, and hopefully many more to come soon!
