LongHorn Steakhouse

Came for a pick up and my online order time was wrong by about 20 minutes normally wouldn’t care but screaming kiddos in car for several hours my patience wasn’t the best. The manager was nice, respectful and personally got our order and added desserts as well which he didn’t have to do at all and it was very appreciated. Long story short the manager was fantastic and food of course great.

Party of 5 waited an hour to be seated, which is fairly understandable on a Saturday evening. Appetizers were great salad was fresh. 4/5 of us ordered steak dinners at almost $30 each. 2 of them were well done (ordered medium), dry and by the time a waitress followed up neither of the guests wanted to wait for another steak to be cooked. The manager said she would adjust our bill and only gave us 10% off (not even half off each plate). If you are unhappy with your steak be sure to send it back bc they won't take care of you when the bill comes. A steak house should be able to cook a steak to medium without a problem. Two of their guests left hungry. What a shame.nThe restaurant was also pretty loud and was difficult to hear the person on the other side of the table. 3 stars is generous.

Had a group of 9 so we had about an jour wait since they only had 2 tables that could accommodate groups of 10. That was the worst because they told us it would be anywhere from a half hour to an hour and forty-five minutes. Service was great. For being so busy and us having such a large group we were never without drinks and we got apps and meals in a timely fashion. Our waitress was really good to us and the food was great.

Staff extremely helpful. Price menu lacking but great food. Price is high not family friendly price wise. But great atmosphere
