Great place amazing service
Support local businesses and buy America made boots. This place is great quick and easy , no pressure, no hassle if you don’t like it they won’t talk you into it. They want you to be happy with your purchase.
This place is great! The owner was really friendly and after taking my measurements suggested the best boot that meets all my workplace requirements. He went into great detail explaining every aspect of the product. He has such a wealth of knowledge about how the boots are made and really helped me find the best product. The price was reasonable (as redwings go) and even have me a discount, and a free redwing T-shirt! Overall I walked out very happy and will definitely be going back! (Likely in ten years, as redwing boots are absolute tanks!)
Good place for red wings boots
1st time going into this redwing store and will not be my last. The owner Tom is a great guy and really knows what customer service is all about. Tried a pair of red wing Irish settlers on and I loved them but size was great but Tom recommended I go with the next width as I have wide foot and I couldn't be happier. Price was incredible. Thanks Tom for your outstanding customer service. Matt. 8/17/19 update : the boots I bought were not in stock in his shop, said he can order them should take a week to ten days and would call me if they were on back order. Well that's were the ball was dropped Tom did not call me so after 2weeks of no boots no phone call I stopped in to check on the boots. Well he told me that they are on back order till September 5th. So I took my refund and are going to buy something elsewhere.
