If you looking for your XL companions to get pampered and come out looking Showcase ready. JAMIE THE GROOMER does a PHENOMENAL job with NOT 2 BUT 3 American Bulldog mixes all in the same day. The Three musketeers appreciates getting groomed by her, we look forward to the next grooming.

Got help from an associates who was so knowledgeable. Guided me to a great product, Vetericyn Plus Antimicrobial Wound & Skin Care spray. We've been applying it for a few days now and really see a difference. Irritations appear to be soothed leading to less manic behavior and so now healing. It's great. I'm only sorry I can't remember the associates name. I think she was a manager. She was doing paperwork in the dog run area but stopped to help me. Very nice, thoughtful and, caring. Overall a great experience.

I had purchased a chameleon from Petco in Brick. The day after I got it home, it wold not climb on branches or eat. I spoke to Annie (I believe she was an Asst. Manager or Supervisor). Annie asked me to bring it back as it may be sick. I was very impressed that Annie issued me a refund, took the lizard to the vet for treatment, and then called me and left a voicemail when the chameleon was once again healthy, to offer me a chance to purchase him again. Annie was upbeat, friendly, informative, and professional from start to finish. I had assumed she was the Manager of the business from the way she presented herself to me. I am A District Manager in the pet care industry and if my company was closer, I would have offered her a job right there and then. Whatever Petco is paying Annie, it's not enough. Annie is a TERRIFIC front line employee and representative of Petco, and Petco should use her customer experience techniques as a model for how to do business.

I have 2 English Cream Golden retrievers, Moose and Marvin. They are the joys of my life! Though I love them, I am not very good at clipping their nails or bathing them! Shame on me...so when I was looking for a groomer years ago, I knew I had to be picky. I decided to try Petco in Howell. This is where I met Jamie for the first time. She was patient while I dragged Moose in the door for the first time (Marvin was years later down the road) Anyway, she took such good care of Moose and made him her own every time he went to get groomed. Jamie was always professional, helpful and friendly. When Marvin came along, it was the same thing. I always felt relaxed and confident when I left them with her. I always feel that she takes the time to get to know them like her own. When Jamie left Howell, I was upset, but since she is in Brick now, I take my pups to her. She's awesome!

I worked with Annie and she was knowledgeable and personable. I was impressed with her ability to teach me and encourage me and guide me. It’s ALL about the people and she was A+!
