Great experience buying my first tractor this week. From my initial visit until delivery, Richard was extremely helpful, professional and went out of his way to help me make the right choice when buying my first tractor.nnI was really interested in the Kioti brand and feel fortunate to have a local dealer that I trust and feel like I'll be well taken care of after the sale.

Besides being a one man shop and getting run around excuses. This is what you will have to look forward to if you purchase a Kioti from them.nnI just purchased a new Kioti DK6010SE HC from Orchard Hill Farm Equiptment in Belchertown Massachusetts. It’s approximately 100 miles away. We have a Kioti dealer 15 miles away in North Hampton NH, but because of the videos on YouTube and the professional interaction we had with there sales team over the phone, we decided to buy our tractor from the dealer that was in Massachusetts.nToday I visited for the first time the dealer in North Hampton to pick up a hydraulic filter for my tractor. My son called in advance to make sure they had it before I drove over. The guy was extremely rude and told him the tractor we purchased doesn’t exists or it’s over 20 years old because it’s not in his books. He asked about the hydraulic fluid. The type the man told him wasn’t in the manual. My son asked if it was still ok to use. The man replied with I already answered your question I’m not doing it again.nWhen I arrived, there was a woman in the front office and another man out back, I inquired about the filter and the man came in from the other room, stated he talked to my son and right away wanted to know why we didn’t buy the Tractor from him and why we were buying service parts from him and not the place we purchased the tractor from.nI ask why he needed to know that? He stated that he normally only sold parts to people he sold tractors to and would never service my tractor.nDue to his rudeness and unprofessionalism, I then told him to keep his filter and walked out.
