I had an awesome experience shopping at this store. They stood me up on a machine to see if I needed insoles for the boots I purchased and it was very simple and quick. Amazing product and service here. Yes the boots are expensive. You pay money for quality or you buy over and over again while you destroy your feet and wallet. If you are on the fence about spending $300+ on boots.. If you can afford it. Do it. Especially if you work in them all day.

Nothing from their website that says “in store only” is actually “in store”, as a matter of fact a lot is not “in store” that I wanted to try as an alternative, and to get it to store is a half a year wait, still nothing. Actually just about any of their stores have poor selection, plus they guilt trip you into feeling bad for not buying their recommended boot (that you didn’t want didn’t ask). But the real reason I’m writing this review is because I’m not waiting outside in the cold past 30 mins to be next in line again for a store that apparently only fits 3 people

Drove 45 minutes away to find the store was closed. Store hours online show that they are suppose to be open until 8. The hours should be changed online to reflect the actual store hours. Typical repeat customer, unhappy.

Courteous, attentive and respectful staff. Easy to see display. Forewarned: due to COVID only 3 customers at a time in the store.
