This is one of the most customer centric retail establishments out there. Their customer service is the best and it starts with the leader of the store. It also has a great variety of things for my Golden. He loves it also!
I went looking for cat food but it was all on back order. Becca saw us leaving and recommended an alternative based on my cats preferences and offered 2 free cans to try. What awesome customer service! The cats liked it too!
Staff is always friendly. Great selection of products our pets love. Curb side pick up has been very helpful and made same day shopping easier.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff!! They have a great selection of items for pets all shapes and sizes. And their grooming department is the best around.
