This is hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Everything was delicious! Literally the best clam chowder. Went with friends and we all had little bits of each thing ordered, everything was amazing! I live 4hrs away but do plan on coming back here!
Delicious! Those maple bacon brussel sprouts should be illegal.
The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the food was actually very good and the hostess was very pleasant.nnWe went here for my sisters wedding dinner. She had a very small wedding and only 8 of us went and after the ceremony we had reservations for dinner at the red fox bar and grill.nnHostess escorted me in to set some things up at the table, I was very appreciative at how accommodating they were being.nnOnce the whole party arrived and we sat down to eat that’s when things got bad. Our waitress never introduced herself and took a while to even get our drink orders ( though we watched her Be attentive to Every other table) we got our drinks finally and being thirsty two people from our party quickly finish there drinks and asked if she could bring a pitcher of water for the table, that was the first Show of attitude We got from her. Our food was brought out as fast as expected and it was actually really good. Bride asked for a refill on her drink and it never got brought out. Groom asked for a cheesecake to go and we over heard her mocking him to another table because of it. When we were ready to go we asked to split the bill and she was extremely rude and walked away, took 20 minutes for her to return to figure out how it was being split, when she left to run the bills she was gone for another 20 minutes before she came back with more attitude. The bride is a waitress herself and confronted the mistreatment and she only got a “I’m sorry you feel that way” when the father of the groom spoke to the manager he got the same reply. I’m not one to complain and definitely not one to leave a negative review but for this to be a wedding party and this be the service we received was more than just disappointment.
My lover and I both had incredible meals. The service was great. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Can't wait to be back
I came here with my boyfriend and another couple - celebrating a birthday weekend in N.H. and this was unfortunately the worst place we had dined at all weekend. We had done call ahead seating and waited an hour and a half for a table. When we walked into the restaurant, we saw two employees by the pizza oven with no masks. It wasn’t exactly the first thing we wanted to see when we were walking in - especially since the employees were clearly cooking. Our server Diana was nice but seemed a little careless. She was able to add pulled pork to our nachos, which we were happy about. When the nachos came out, they were delicious however there were two small bones. We didn’t think it was that big of a deal because it was still tasty. When our entrees came out, it definitely looked better than it tasted. The potatoes and steak had no seasoning on it- again, we just continued with our meal. One person at the table noticed his steak was raw in a few spots- and stopped eating. Diana never checked on us after dropping our entrees to the table. I eventually had to get out of my seat to get her attention and ask them to remove the steak entree off our bill. To top it off, when we got up from our table, we did notice an upset server at the computer complaining about table rotation. This was overall a disappointing experience - we had two former servers at our table, so we recognize and understand what it takes to keep guests happy.
