I met Amar. Today an associate here at the lincoln nebraska store located at 107 north 27th. Street. He as most professional with my needs to a ph. appropriate for my circumstances. Elderly and low income.
Prices are very reasonable they had good parking and the people that serve you are very courteous
At first we liked this branch, but the customer service went down hill, as they were not willing to help us solve our problems. They checked the sim card in my 5s and said it was not compatible with their system. So I bought a new Iphone 6 from them. I was never notified it was a refurbished phone. Come to find out, my 5s WAS compatible and they just made $399 on me. We got the run around on all the issues that were not compatible with their system. I am so frustrated that I was lied to and spent unnecessary money. They would not take it back either. One star baby. Selectel overall is a good service, but I would recommend the branch on 51st and O.
