I've been in here 3 times in the last week and they have been extremely helpful. I only gave 4 stars because I was required to pay for a new sim card for a phone that I ordered from Boost Mobile's website because they sent it with the wrong sim card.
The sales agent was very kind and efficient. She let us know about sales and different promotions that were available. When we didn't like the cases that were available for our phones, the agent let us know they were getting a new shipment in a few days and when we came back she would give us a discount on them. We returned later and got a deal on our cases and screen protectors. My family and I enjoyed our experience and we're loving our phones.

I came in here looking for new service and new a phone. From the begining. The employee working at the time seemed disinterested in helping me. Not even acknowledging me when i came in. After looking for a couple minutes. He proceeds to hit on me. Saying how cute i am. Writing down his name and number. In a very awkward manner. As uncomfortable this made me. I knew wgat phone and plan I wanted. When I told him what i wanted he refused to help me because i did not acknowledge his pass at me. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
