See below.nI have ordered from this outfit several times and have been extremely pleased but this last experience was disappointing. I placed an order that was just under $200 on 12/24/2020. I did not see any documentation on the website nor the order confirmation email stating that they would not be shipping until sometime in January. On 1/9/21 I emailed inquiring why I had not received my order. I received a prompt response stating that they were not shipping out orders during the holidays due to loss and damaged packages. That sounded completely reasonable to me but that information should have been on the website, alerting customers that they would not receive their orders for several weeks. He also stated that they had just returned from a family vacation and would be checking tanks and shipping out orders. Ten days later, no shrimp and no communication. So on 1/19/21 I emailed stating that I still had not received the shrimp and that if the order could not be sent out in the next seven days, to please just refund the order. Within hours I received an email stating that my order was refunded. No response, no explanation. Just a refund. I sent a follow up email asking when would be safe to order again so that the order would be received in a timely manner/less than 2 weeks. Two days later, no response.nI’m stumped and very disappointed as this was my new preferred place to order shrimp.nI have owned my own business for almost 6 years and I simply cannot wrap my mind around this as I strive to provide my customers with quality product, outstanding service, and clear communication, as that is how you run a successful operation.nI have no idea what’s going on but it’s extremely unprofessional to hold onto a customers money for 3.5 weeks, not provide the product, no communication, and only refund the monies once the customer has to request it due to it being as long as it had been.n************************************************nOriginal review: Impressive packaging. All shrimp were alive. My only complaint was that some were so small that I had a difficult time seeing and catching them, worried I would harm them in the process. Beautiful, healthy shrimp and good pricing. I would order again with confidence.nUPDATE 3 weeks later: Originally my only complaint was that the shrimp were so small that I was worried I would injure them trying to transfer them during acclimation but in the end, I appreciate the fact that they were so young. I agree with and greatly appreciate the seller’s response that they ship them so young to provide longevity of the shrimp.nI have to say, I have been so impressed. I have not had a single loss and even though they might be small, they catch my eye a lot quicker than some of my larger shrimp simply based on the vibrant colors of their exoskeletons. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

My order arrived with 100% of my blue dream shrimps alive. Very responsive seller with any questions related to the hobby which is a nice personal touch. Highly recommend.
