I was admitted to Bryan Medical Center West 3NW. All the staff was great. Though they were all great, 2 nurses really stood out during my visit. Brittany and Megan were just totally amazing, friendlyand professional.

I have always had excellent medical care at Bryan, and I would like to continue going there.nnHowever, their billing department - despite having very kind people - is extremely frustrating.nnEvery few months, they keep billing me for over $1000 for a test that I never had performed. I've had to follow up many, many times - both with Bryan and my insurance company. It gets taken off the account. And then I get another bill. And the cycle repeats.nnI'm so frustrated - I shouldn't have to pay over $1000 for a test that wasn't performed. And it should not be this difficult to get my account corrected. The visit that the bill is for was February 2020, and it is now the end of March 2021 and I just got YET ANOTHER bill for this. They told me to call back (again) in a week.

I was quickly and efficiently attended to. Everyone was authentically kind and sympathetic. Paperwork, x-ray and PA' s exam all well done. Glad my wife found them.

I interacted with about ten different staff members, and every single one of them was helpful and caring. They all seemed to genuinely care about me and my recovery.

I was born here on February 17, 1987 when it was called Lincoln General Hospital my name is Andrew Scott Brad. The doctors and the nurses at the time failed to check if everything was normal. Failing to do so my right hip was dislocated causing hip dysplasia I was in Colorado in 1987 when I was 6 months old. The doctor in Colorado examined me and saw the problem it was already dead when it was popped in place. I was 26 years old on October 2013. In Omaha Nebraska when it was replaced it was a total hip replacement. Back in 1987 Lincoln General Hospital screwed me over. I have said my peace. Probably this place has better doctors and nurses who know what they are doing. My parents could have filed a lawsuit back then too late now. I am hoping that they have better staff.
