I always love coming to the havelock location and have been coming here for years. Their prime rib is always Soo amazing!! Last night I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and the food was amazing and the service was great. They are very generous with their glasses of wine. Well I didn't notice until I got home that I was over charged for the meal. I spoke with the manager and she was super friendly and refunded me plus a little extra for the hassle. I am super impressed with how nice she was and easy to work with. I give this place the full five stars!!!

Our server was attentive to all our needs despite there were multiple other guest inside the restaurant. Lobster bisque was pretty good and I ordered my steak Pittsburgh med-rare, which most restaurants will not do or don't know how. It was cooked to my liking for sure and would recommend Misty's. My wife and I have been to both Lincoln locations, and the quality of food and service was very good both times. This isn't a place that boasts Prime beef, although they do offer an 8 ounce Wagyu cut. Other than that, they offer Choice Angus, and of very good quality based on our experience. So, technically Misty's isn't what some would consider a 5-star steakhouse, but they're also less expensive while being very good. Everything was prepared as ordered, brought to us in a reasonable amount of time, and tasted good. Considering what you get for the money, they deserve 5 stars, because they're not trying to be a 5-star Prime steakhouse with dry aged beef. In fact, some of those restaurants end up being a letdown.
