Some people use the phrase “dive bar” as though it was pejorative. I use it as a term of endearment! This is a dive bar! The music is good. The beer is cold. The people are friendly. The staff is competent. I like this bar. It’s a welcome respite from the loud, thumping college bars nearby. You can have a conversation here! You can make a new friend here! Just be sure to bring cash, because they do not take cards (there is an ATM if you forget).
Small town bar feel. Fast service and great drinks.
I love this place. I will be back with my relatives. It has a cool atmosphere.
