I have gone to this bank numerous times over the last year, and I have always been fascinated with all the bankers who have assisted me with the financial requests I have had. I am also happy that they speak Vietnamese, since I find it always better to communicate in my native language. I just wanted to add that Sam is my brother and my favorite Banker so please give him and additional kudos
Arbitrary decisions by whoever happens to be working on if they’ll accept your paycheck if it’s future dated. Literally been depositing AND getting cash 1-2 days early for 3 years. Terrible customer service.
Very helpful, friendly clerks and bankers. Been going to this branch for several year and it's always been a positive experience.
Always get good service at this branch. I go there for everything from mortgage loan to new accounts. They spend as much time as I need, answer my endless questions, and show me step-by-step what to do. Never disappointed.
