One of there tellers made a mistake and they charged me 772 dollars for it and I’m just a kid, how am I supposed to get that much money especially when it wasn’t my fault! And the teller she got no consequences at all good thing my mom was there for me and she helped me pay some. I usually don’t say this cause I know better but they suck. I’m 16 just saying
Five stars for Joyce for amazing customer service! After moving I had some issues with trying to transfer my title for the car I'm financing through UBT, and Joyce was able to get everything solved in less than an hour and followed up with me.
We have been banking at Union Bank for several decades, and we have never had any type of problem with them. They are reliable, personable, and eager to help in any way they can. Recently we had some fraud on our computer that required a lot of work changing everything. Emily at the Hwy. 2 and 84th Street location went out of her way to help us through this mess. Brandi was also a tremendous help. We will continue to bank with this institution for years to come.

I moved out of state and I use the mobile app for banking these days. I got a pay check recently and I tried to deposit it using the mobile app but it kept rejecting the pictures I took. It was pretty flat already, but in one final desperate attempt, I finally ironed it with my hair straightener and that did the trick. Lesson learned: never deposit a check without a hair straightener at hand.
