Even if I have to wait a little bit, the employees here are incredibly nice and helpful. I am sure during these times where many of the bank lobbies had to close, the work load has increased (as it has for everyone). All of them have been considerate, with smiles. I am thankful that we are able to have the drive throughs at least. Thank you, USB.
I’m really getting frustrated with US Bank’s lack of open hours. This is at least the third time I’ve driven several miles from my business (because half the branches are closed) during reasonable business hours (before 5 PM during the week) only to find them closed. On the times I do go and they are open, the wait is excessive (30+ minutes).nnIronically, a coworker was just telling me this morning about her run around town trying to find a open US Bank at around 4 PM on a weekday.
Their drive-through is incredibly slow! It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive-through on Saturday morning July 25.
All is good and the world continues to turn.
Have had great experience with this Bank. They know me by name and greet me when I enter. Amanda usually helps me when I visit. She's friendly and does her job well. Will keep this location for a while as my main bank office.nThank you!
