Incredibly professional and polite staff. Haylee and Caleb did a wonderful job helping me navigate through the process of setting up an account and the services provided at UBT. WALKED miles to put money in so much acc wouldn't be negative. Branch is closed so I used the atm. They charged me $35 anyway and blamed me for using the atm. Manager was refused to help and said it was my fault. Will be closing my account as soon as I can.
Raúl helped me get my car interest rate down and is so friendly and great at what he does!!!! He should get a Raise!!!
