Can't find important POA papers that should have been put in the system last year... ? Very very important and need this done now.
Have had the absolute worst experience with this bank. Deposited a insurance check with them over a month ago and the contractor still hasn't received a check yet. This has delayed the sale of our house, looking into legal litigation against the company.
Can't believe no one has written a review! This Bank of The West is hands down the most down to earth and most friendly I've been too. The lady who I spoke to was so sweet and made me feel so welcomed. It was probably 30 minutes we spoke. As I was leaving I heard her say hello persons name. She knows her customers so well and all there names. I just can't say enough about this branch!
Terrible bank. None of the employees in branch know anything that is going on, and they give you completely false information that they must just come up with out of nowhere
The service there was tremendous. This Banker Jereme was an amazing guy. He helped me a lot.
