Changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. Never had an issue with this Pinnacle Bank until they hired new staff at this location.
I've banked with Pinnacle for a while. Love having the convenience of a satellite location right there in the grocery store. There is usually no line. Helpful and courteous staff. From simple requests to more complicated, I've generally found that they can help me or answer my questions.
Over the last five years I have used this location for all my and my children's bank accounts. Staff is always awesome, management friendly, loved doing business at this location.
Walked in at 4 and they would not let me make a withdrawal because they wanted to close out their drawer and leave. One could have helped but instead they were very rude. Awful staff!
