I had an issue with the ATM, I tried to withdraw $160 and nothing came out, but the money was still deducted from my account. When I called the bank the other person on the phone sounded like a teenager and they made me wait hours to then call back and tell me they weren't going to do anything about it. They essentially called me a liar and they literally just STOLE $160 from my account. I will be changing to a different bank immediately. NEVER doing business with West Gate ever again.

Horrible place with poor personal info security. The info needed to talk over the phone with wgb about an account can be found in the trash. They will also send you mail that should be in emails and then charge you claiming mail was returned.
