There service is great and very friendly work is the best around not gonna lie best people ever they know how to make people feel like family but there timing is way off the last time they said 2 weeks but it took 5 so please do better next time
I took a rifle to them that had cycling issues. About 2 weeks later they called and said it was done, so I drove all the way down there (in a snow storm) to pick it up. While I was waiting for the bill I tested it out, and the problem was still there.nnWhen I asked what had actually been repaired the guy helping me couldn't give me an answer. So, I left it there to be fixed...again. When I went to pick it up for the second time they told me it was fixed but they weren't sure it would stay that way. The rifle was also very dirty from test firing, which they did clean up after I said something.
Travis Frerking and the team have provided me with a wide range of products and services on my competition handguns (Precision Match). These include custom made open sights for P210 P210A, P220SM, Customization of a Model 41 Barrel and new FO Sights, a Marvel Conversion (Type 1 for Precision Match). The work has been highly spec'd, low tolerance, refinishing, welding and re-profiling dovetails, customizing rear blades, and other exceptionally difficult work for a retired custom pistol builder... Best in class....
Outstanding service; top notch shop. Just went there for the first time today. Very impressed by the owner and his vast knowledge of firearms. Would highly recommend to anyone and they definitely have my repeat business.
