Cute clothes, but way too pushy. My daughter and I walked in and they immediately started bringing outfits and piles of shoes over, we were simply interested in one particular pair of boots, which they didn't have in her size. I would've stayed to look around, and probably bought my daughter some clothes as it was her birthday, but the sheer pushiness ond over-hovering of the associates drove us out. Learn how to read people! Leave us alone. You probably lost a good $300 in sales from us, as we went and found the boots and clothes elsewhere.
I needed a serious wardrobe update and one of the gals here literally helped me for over 2 hours to find enough things I liked. I will definitely be back
One of my forever favorite stores! They have the best jeans! Cutest selection on tops! There's nothing you need you can't find here! Staff is outstanding as always, Amy is definitely my fave!
Walking through the mall to waste time. I was drawn into the store by a window display. Inside I was greeted by Haley M. She was an all star employee. Took time to show me several styles and share a lot of details about the Buckle brand as it was my first time in the store. Great experience. And if Haley's boss is reading this she did an excellent job.
See Amy. She took one look at me and found jeans that fit perfectly the first time (exchanging two pair wife bought me for my birthday, but didn't fit quite right). And, she heard the message that I wanted a design I could wear into an office environment and get away with it, as I'm a 53 yr old consultant. Thanks Amy!
