Absolutely loved the experience and information they provided to us during our shopping experience. The staff took the time to help our son find, learn about, and feel comfortable/excited about bring home his fur critter. Plus, they were all cheerful and ready to help or answer any questions. Our supplies was all ready to go for pick up so it was quick and easy, which made it a stress free moment. Thank you and look forward to coming back soon!

Friendly knowledge staff. They took the time to walk me through the hundred of dog food choices that they stock. They have a huge selection of toys and treats to choose from. They are well organized and fully stocked

The staff who have helped me with my snails are very friendly, knowledgeable and have given tips that have helped my snails’ health. However, I do wish there were more staff in that department as I always have to wait about 10 minutes for help as they’re assisting others. I’ve also had some problems with them being low or out of stock in the cat and dog departments. Maybe they need to order more quantity, maybe they are just unfortunately short-staffed and they can’t get the product out quickly. Either way, it can get frustrating as a customer.

I was looking for a lightweight sweatshirt for my Male dog. Most all I could find were for Female dogs or Christmas items. I had a very helpful clerk assist me & found what I was looking for...... Love Petco to shop!!!

Far more often than not, our Duluth Minnesota Petco does not have super worms. Not sure how they can ethically keep selling pets if they are unable to stock food that those pets need to survive, let alone those in the store. Also there is no limitation on hoarding- The assistant manager told me that people purchase large quantities at a time, leaving nothing for other customers.
