Room was the size of a closet. My providers Mallof and goltz were absolutely horrible. nurse deb was bossy, pushy and didn’t listen to anything I said. multiple times, she refused to listen to my wishes and was constantly asking about my pain level, after I told her to stop multiple times. Afternoon nurse wasn’t much better, was a horrible advocate for my wishes or birth plan. She didn’t advocate for me at all when the on call doctor told me I was a c-section only after 14 hours of labor, neither baby or I were having any issues. OR staff were rude and cold. I was left for 4 days with bedding that wasn’t changed, staff that were rude, would not respect my privacy and did not listen to my wishes. Get a doula and avoid this hospital!
Amazing experience (except for my obgyn/delivering dr that i reviewed seperately). The birthing suites are huge and comfy. My delivering nurses were awesome and friendly (thanks Kick!). The day nurses after were nice but a little pushy. Would highly recommend st lukes but make sure you have a dula or ob you like going in.
