Came in for a quick lunch today with my wife. Had Claire for a server and she was amazing. Super friendly and sweet without it feeling fake. Food came out extremely fast and she was very attentive without being overbearing. Never had to ask for anything because she was on top of it before it was ever a concern. I've been to restaurants all over the world some facy some not. But to find someone as great as her at a local smaller business like grandma's is unheard of. Honestly it was a simple meal but one of the best serving experiences I've had. Many find it easy to only complain when they have issues but don't give recognition where it is due. And she absolutely deserves any and all recognition she gets!
We go to Grandma's for the awesome homemade-style food that grandma used to make. They never disappoint and the service there is fun, quick, and it seems like all the servers have had some of the best training. They seem like when you sit down, they know you, and not only are they happy your there, their happy to be there as well.
Food was good. Kids meals were well portioned. Location is excellent. Restaurant is kid friendly. Beer selection was decent but only carried some of the larger local beers instead of more of the local craft beers.
I'm gonna give it 5 stars. We had 9 people in our group yesterday the waitress we had was super nice. The food was excellent. I had the original bicycle burger AMAZING
