Pizza was good but very expensive.

We ordered delivery from here a week or two ago. Food was cold and we were missing our drinks for the kids meals. UGH I had a pretty bummed out kid. I assumed the problem was the delivery service. I contacted Old Chicago, and never heard back. Today, we ordered pick up and discovered the problem was not the delivery service, it was the restaurant itself. We notified staff that we were there for a pick up at least 3 times after being asked several times how many to be seated. LOL Finally got our order. Again, cold, but at least got the drinks this time. The food itself was great. My husband got the stay at home meal, that includes a choice of a personal pizza and wings for $10. Good deal! He got Hand Tossed Ale Crust Individual Classic pizza, and the screaming mango wings. He liked them both, would have enjoyed them more if they were not cold. After waiting 20 minutes after said time it would be ready. WE really enjoyed that pizza, and would consider getting the same pizza for the family in a regular size. It was delicious, but can I get it while it's hot?? And one of the kids meal sides which was carrots and celery stick with ranch, came in a giant box, probably meant for a medium deep dish, without the ranch. I have eaten here before the pandemic. Your food is good, but this is ridiculous. They were also extremely busy, but, it's Duluth on a Saturday in the canal. There were a lot of people waiting in line and literally 2 feet apart. A ton of unmasked extremely loud people close together in the bar area

Delicious food that somehow tastes better than a chain restaurant should. Best part about that is it's always consistent and you can always count on it tasting how you remembered it last time.nnMeat me deep dish is my favorite, can't really go wrong with anything on the menu though.nnLunch prices are pretty awesome with the long running 2 for 20 entres deal. Order online if you don't want to order over the phone.

The service is great and the food is even better. There's always a wait, but isn't that better than an empty restaurant? Just be prepared to pay more than your typical sit down restaurant, and if you don't mind the wait and price it's absolutely worth stopping in.

Pricy beer, but very good variety and quality. Our hostess, Maddie was very nice and took care of us better than our server did! I hope to see her there again.
