100% great place. Staff is very kind and VERY knowledgeable. This is my new monthly pet supply and care store. Great variety and selection of treats, toys, and any animal or reptile. Absolutely great place I 100% recommend it for any new or current pet owners!!

I've written about this place before and not liked it- but out of wonder if things have changed or not, I called up the store to ask if they had a specific species of bird in. The person said 'No, we do not,' in the strangest, most blandest tone ever and then hung up immediately. It was actually surprisingly jarring. I guess a good reminder of why I don't shop there.

Today was the second time visiting this pet store for bird grooming. The staff has been so kind to my bird and knowledgeable when I had any questions. I would highly recommend them.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never in my life written a review before but this one is necessary. I have never had a puppy before and as soon as I saw a picture of a mini golden-doodle (or so I thought) on their Facebook page, I knew I had to have him. My boyfriend worked until 7pm that night & they closed at 8pm & I wanted enough time to play with the puppy before deciding if I wanted him, so I went alone when I got out of work at 4pm. I met with the receptionist who had no personality at all. I picked out the puppy and played with him for a while. I told her that my boyfriend was getting out of work at 7pm but we lived half an hour away, if it was okay to come in so close to closing time to buy him. There were multiple people watching me play with him and I knew if I didn’t buy him that night, he would be gone. She said she would ask the owner. This man walks over to me and says “so you had a question for me” as if I’m supposed to know he’s the owner???? I explain the situation and ask if it’s okay for us to come in at that time. He says “okay with??” Then continues to ask me if I have a house, if I’ve ever had a puppy before and says “my dogs don’t go to shelters so you need to make sure you can have him before you buy him”.. he was extremely rude to me. I knew I had to save the puppy from that awful place. I showed up again around 7:30pm with my boyfriend to buy the puppy. As soon as we walked in & he saw I was with a man, the owner was a COMPLETELY different person, such a positive attitude. Completely sexist and I should’ve known right there to walk away. During this visit, we had a great experience. He stayed there over an hour after close to help us pick out everything we needed. He told us the puppy would never get to more than 20-25 pounds. Fast forward to March, the puppy is now 6 months old. We took him to see the vet, the puppy is 28.5 pounds!!!!!! The vet said he is definitely NOT A MINI. So we were lied to. We told the owner of the pet store that we lived in an apartment with a size limit of 25-30 pounds for all pets. Now we will have to move out. I called the pet store back as soon as I found this information out to call them out on their lies. I asked if the owner would be there today & the man on the phone (who is the owner) says “yup, why?” I said I wanted to speak to him & he says “yup that’s me” so I explain how he lied to us and now we will have to move out. He says “hold on, I don’t even know who you are or any of your information, I haven’t had a standard size golden-doodle in my shop for years, the vet should know he’s gonna stop growing from 6-9 months & anyways, any dog can grow more or less than expected” the vet told us he would only stop growing at 2 years old & he just turned 6 months today and is already bigger than we were told he would EVER get. I am now waiting for a call back from the owner “when he pulls up my files”. I’m in complete shock as to how this place is even still open. The owner is extremely RUDE and sexist. He claimed to be really specific as to who he gets his dogs from.... a complete lie clearly. I will NEVER go back. Do not recommend at all. This place is a joke. This was my first puppy and I knew no better. DO NOT GO HERE.
