Very long lines but understandable due to popularity and proximity to the midway. I love the key lime pie beer and make it a point to go there every time! Live band and plenty of room for seating and dancing. Lots of non-alcoholic options for kids and adults.

The Cafe Caribe is one of my favorite stops at the Minnesota State Fair. The food isn't the greatest, but the beer on tap is good and cold and they now have a booth with a decent selection of craft beers. I like most of the bands they book, but dropped a star because of the poor sound system. This year they were pushing the speakers too hard and the sound was muddy. Why book great bands and then make them sound bad?
