We stayed in a sleeper shack and the service was excellent! They led us out to the shack, made sure we were familiar with the heating system and how to hook up the generator. They checked on us everyday just to make sure we didn't need anything. Very personable and thorough. When we went up to eat at the bar or grab drinks, they were quick and kind. No complaints! Highly recommend! Oh, and we caught fish everyday, an added bonus!
I think they are much better resorts to do ice fishing. We rented the biggest shack on the ice and although all was in perfect condition, they never stop by to check on us or the propane level nor if we were catching fish. I have rented all over the state and these guys are on the bottom of my list. In other places, the lodging guys try to to whatever is possible to help you have a good experience including moving the shack. The bar was small but good as well as the food. Bartenders were the highly!
Ok, that's about it.
We went ice fishing and the landing and main road was clear and marked well. Didn't have any problems and easy to get on and off the lake. We used our own ice house and didn't rent through the resort. Would recommend to others.
Very very reasonably priced lodging. Great bar and restaurant. Friendly staff.
