We ordered takeout. When I picked it up the food were in bags and tied. I didn't want to have them have to try to open a knot to check so I asked the guy twice if everything was there, he said yes. Got home, ice cream was completely liquid, I can deal but some of the food was luke warm and not tasty looking. And they forgot my husband's dessert so I had to drive back to get it. Granted, it's only about a 5-7 minute drive but we were eating late so it wasn't something I wanted to do. The steaks were good tho. My take out experience there was not good. Not something I'll ever do again there. And if their food is also like that while dining in, we won't go back. Makes me wonder especially considering the high cost that was involved.

Called for Carside service, put on hold for five minutes, finally hung up. Used Online ordering, simple fast excellent, except..the best thing about a Oriental Chicken Salad is the sauce. The worst thing is when you get home and there's no sauce on the Oriental Chicken Salad. Meaning it's just a plain salad

The service was very good, our waitresses was pleasant and not rushed. My husband had the ribs and he said they were fantastic. I had the Fiesta lime chicken and that was excellent. We felt safe in this Applebee's, all staff were wearing appropriate face masks, the seating was at least, if not more than required by Minnesota law and the restaurant was spotless. If you want a nice meal out at a decent price I recommend Applebee's.

I like going to Applebee's as a treat...one little novelty I do is get a cherry pepsi with cherries in it...if you go there at the right time you can tell the food wasn't rushed and the quality shows but also during rush hour you can tell the food was rushed. They still do a good job of checking up on you at least in my experience especially since every cherry pepsi refill I get will still come with cherries in it. I won't say it's the best place out there but it's not the worst place either...a good place for a get together with friends to share an appetizer platter and few drinks.
