I bought my first pair of slippers from Footskins and I have to say, they are the best slippers I've ever owned. The quality and craftsmanship is TOP NOTCH. Before I placed my order online, I called them because I had a question about my size and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. Finding quality footwear that is still made in America is getting very hard to find. Do yourself a favor and check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Footskins is a great company. I have three pairs. One pair of Walking Boots, one pair of Lace Up Shoes, and one pair of Molded Sole Moccasins. I have owned each of these pairs for years at this point. They have all held up extraordinarily well. They continuously get softer and more comfortable with wear. The fit is great across the board. I love that they are made in the USA, that's something very important to me. I would HIGHLY recommend Footskins if you are looking for a great pair of high quality, USA made moccasins, shoes or boots that will last you for years to come.

After 2 attempts at correcting a pair of custom walking boots I turned to Footskins. A little bit wiser I ordered a pair of slippers first. The initial pair were a hint to snug, but their customer service stepped up and i was able to get a pair of slippers that were ideal. In November I opted to try their canoe sole walking boot. This time customer service took the time to insure the boot I got was the boot I wanted the first time. Because I have an odd right foot it was only logical to pay a little more and move from off the shelf to custom. A drop heel in a boot like mine just adds to the sense of walking barefoot. We decided to put a Vibram sole on the canoe sole because i often walk on surfaces that would give excessive wear to a leather sole. After recieving the boots i have been wearing them daily to determine whether they are as comfortable as they seem or discomfort would reveal it self by continuous wearing. Here's what was revealed to me. After putting them on in the morning, initially they feel like a comfy pair of slippers. After chores i head off to the days obligations, commonly including a long walk. About 4 in the afternoon, i realize that the boots are no longer something to think about, in fact, they had been forgotten that they were being worn. Boots don't get more comfortable than that. Life changing, hardly,. Comfortable and well made with superior customer service, absolutely.
