Staff was very nice ! I had a pair of shoes selected but my daughter had my purse on the other side of the mall. It was closing time but they waited and allows us to still make a purchase. Thank you to mike at MOA

I decided like a lot of families to go shopping on Black Friday. Very disappointed in the service at. Not only was I not helped in a timely manner with 7 employees standing around doing nothing I was also highly offended when one employee told another employee to “watch them”. Mind you I’m with my 2 kids and a toddler inside of the mall! How am I going to escape? I’ve never felt so judged and disrespected ever in my life. I will never step foot there again. They probably need to shut down and retrain their employees so no one will have to be treated like a criminal again.
