Loved this store! Until I tried exchanging my shoes because they were a size too small. The manager took them out of the box, and after examining them, tells me ‘...these look a little worn.’ I then had to convince her that they never were and she didn’t seem to care. She then decided to return them and I got my money back instead of in store credit. I’ll just order online next time.
Emily and Xavier were extremely helpful in grabbing my first pair of Timberlands. Probably wouldn't have bought anything if they weren't the ones helping me that day to be honest.
I went in to order 2 pairs of boots they had the styles not the color so me and the employee ordered them there on line. 5 days later they arrived wrong colors style and even both wrong size how does this happen . hour drive by the way

Worst experience ever...Gabriela was so rude and her co-worker stood beside her an acted as her behavior was ok...she even said Jesus Christ because she was typing my information in wrong for my return. She even had all my infomation on a paper sitting in front of her. I had called customer service and was told I could go in store to exchange. When I got to the store Gabriela and her co-worker did not even greet us and she told me I should have called the store to see if they had them in stock. I then asked if I could have the correct size sent to my house she then became even more rude then before. Next then she told me they don't have the size I need. However checked online and confirmed that they have them in stock so what does that say...smh I will never go back and I don't know if I will ever buy another pair of Timberlands after how I was treated. I cannot believe they allow their employees to act that way to customers.
