Stood around in the store for10 minutes picking up the same shoe looking at it. Nor one associate helped me. Maybe if I would have been under 30 years old someone would have helped. Bought a pair at competitor they were happy to help, so I would say they were not a competitor because there was no comparison on the service.
Theresa was simply awesome. Went in to the store with an idea of what I wanted and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If you see this, thank you for brightening our day!!
Dan S. was very helpful with resolving my issue. I was incorrectly charged for an item through an on-line order that was out of stock so I actually never received it. Long story short, after two painful calls to the UA customer service line, I reached out to Dan in hopes of getting an actual person who knew what they were talking about. I explained my issue to Dan and he kindly offered to call his UA contact to resolve the issue on my behalf. He immediately called me back and informed me that I would be issued a refund for the amount I was wrongly charged. I was so happy with Dan’s service. Dan is wonderful and I will be going to his store fromnnow on.
The lady who waited on us was extremely helpful. I hadn't planned on purchasing anything that day, but because she is such an awesome sales person, we bought two items. We would have purchased more but the item we wanted was out of stock.
Could use some more places to explore but the tour is very informative and helps you kinda see what it was like back in the day
