Great customer service from this location.
Great shoes, and salesman helped me find the perfect pair!
I walked in today and was the only customer. Three staff turned into one as two went into back room. The one asked if I wanted to try a pair on that I was holding and right when I was going to open my mouth, a customer came in and this employee turned her attention to them.nnAfter this, no one asked me if I wanted ti try anything on and I walked out. All my dress shoes are ecco. Not anymore. I refuse to be treated poorly. I had three colors I needed today.
I've been wearing Ecco's for 5 years, I love the arch support. This shoe brand is the only one I wear. I have flat feet and this brand provides the support and comfort needed. I highly recommend this shoe brand. And the staff provide over the top service with a smile. You can tell that they love what they do. Thanks guys!
