The lady at the front desk was very crabby I believe she was the manager. We ask for an extra shoe box that was sitting next to her and she said she wasn't allowed to give it to us. But the deals were good and the Vans are looking sweet. Get rid of that manager and you'll have a excellent store!
I normally don’t ever make negative reviews because I’ve worked in retail and can understand someone having a bad day, but this experience was SO negative I have to say something. The assistant manager there clearly needs to get out of retail. I had an exchange, and she didn’t communicate at all to me. She did not ask if I found everything okay. It was vividly clear she does not enjoy her job. Every time I come to this location the employees are just rude and unwelcoming. The location on the west side of the mall is much more friendly and genuinely cares about there customers. I won’t be returning to this location again. They clearly need a new team or more training on how to be more kind, and considerate to there customers. I didn’t even get my receipt for my exchange. She didn’t say a word to us the entire time which just caused an awkward and uncomfortable checkout/exchange experience.
Good selection good prices but the shoes were on top if boxes stacked so high I couldn't see them or reach them!
Awesome place to find the latest sneakers. They have a wide variety of men, women and children shoes. And if you're nice they would give the ultimate discount like they did for me. I would recommend going there forsure. I got two name brand sneakers that would have easily cost over $200.00 for $120..
The associate was dope. Super helpful and seemed genuinely concerned, regarding the damaged boots we received as an order. When the computer locked up and she got the manager... Well, the attitude was that of someone who couldn't be bothered, which is bothersome. Managers set the vibe. The vibe sucked.
