We went to this pet shop for the first time today and looooved it. Joe the owner was amazing, so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He was so patient with my small children and let them hold pretty much any animal they wanted. Even when it was busy, he was kind with everyone and not overwhelmed by “can I hold this animal” requests, I would have been! Great customer service. Cool exotic animals. He said he can special order pet products if they don’t already carry it. If you go here just to hold animals, PLEASE BUY SOMETHING. They have cute little wallet/coin purses by the register.
Literally the best place to ever exists when it comes to finding a new companion! They are so helpful and are truly genuine about how much care and love they put into all their animals! If I could rate them a 10 I would rate them a 12! Just that simple. You have to go in and check it out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I was so impressed! As someone who has been wanting a parrot for years ( but never actually held a parrot) the owner let me hold them, gave us tips on first time parrots, cage, food, the whole works. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for helping heal my broken heart. I lost my 17 year old cat, which is why I couldn't have a parrot. Will be back soon to buy my feathered baby!
This is the best possible place to enjoy birds. The owner is always available to answer questions. We wouldn't buy a bird from anyone else. Well trained and healthy. There is only one perfect parrot shop in town. Please support this wonderful business.
We take our birds here for wing clips, and have purchased 3 birds from here. All of our birds were healthy, and absolutely wonderful. The owner genuinely cares for animals, and is very knowledgeable. He will take time to talk to anyone to give them advice. Amazing pet store!
