If I could give this store no stars I would... the sales people were very rude and disrespectful... This was the worst experience I have ever had at Windsor and will not return and will be making a complaint with corporate... Horrible!
Got both a prom dress and a military ball gown here. Wonderful prices. I have also bought numerous other fancy attire here. Highly recommend for any dance if you have a budget!nAll the other items are a little pricier but still love this store.

I love this place. They always have the cutes dresses.
I shop here all the time. But today I was trying to make a return with a receipt. Both girls were very rude with nasty attitudes. I did not have the debit card I used to make the purchase so they said I could not return with out it. Debit is the same as cash. I was not offered store credit nothing. Just attitude. You work in customer service. Sorry you hate your job. You do not know how to speak to customers or even tried. For that I won’t shop at this location again.
