I wanted to share a positive experience I recently had here. I purchased a pair of boots here, they were not the best. I followed up with Caleb and they replaced them as soon as they could. The new boots are great. Customer service A+. Great operation they run there!
Quality service. Took time to make sure I got a good fit. Also put me on a machine for inserts to help me with foot pain. Definitely coming to this store again.
Me and my husband went into this store today looking to buy a pair of boots. The gentleman who helped me was named Caleb and he went out of his way to help my husband find the perfect boot. He wasn't pushy at all and he listened to what my husband needed and wanted. We walked out of that store very pleased and my husband loved his boots so much he wore them out of the store. I am very impressed at the knowledge of this sales representative and how he actually LISTENED to us. We will be back.
Good quality work boots, gloves and socks. Wish they had more smaller men's sizes and more women's work boots (only about 15 pairs to choose from and only 4 or 5 were boots, the rest were different types of shoes) staff helpful and friendly
