Garden City Hospital

It was a very professional environment with very friendly staff who do their job with care and passion.

After waiting 5 hours in an undisclosed Hospital because I do not want to bash them do to covid-19 overwhelm, I was pleasantly greeted by Hussein and another very nice young lady in the foyer and promptly taken to a room. This was for emergency room treatment. Once in the room I was expeditiously seen by a very pleasant woman doctor who took care of the issue I'm having my ear completely plugged in no time and was extremely professional and cordial. I thank God for this experience and I felt it was my duty to leave feedback because of all the negativity about these hospitals. Yes it's true that some people are rude and just because they have a uniform on does not make the whole staff rude. I think if people displayed a little more patience in their situation that they would have greater results. Just stopped to think sometimes what it would be like to have no arms no legs or sitting in the Intensive Care being kept Alive by a machine. Maybe we would be a little more sensitive to their situation. Thank you doctor and thank you for the wonderful staff may God bless you for your awesome concern for people Beyond a paycheck.nnAddendum 12/4/2020 once again had to come for swollen kneecap and got the exact same treatment so I know it's consistent. Greeted by Hussien(awesome guy).nAnother pleasant woman doctor and another awesome experience even though I had to have the knee drained with a needle ud83dude44 thank you for helping people even the ones that don't appreciate you. The staff in the ER is amazing!!!!

I would give them zero stars but it won't let you even do that. I will never again return to this hospital. The only good thing was there was a soul in the place & I was back in a bed in 10 minutes... I guess that should have been the 1st indication to walk right back out.

Great staff!! From the check-in receptionist, the customer service on the phone to assist with my log-in, the laboratory, the surgeons and nursing staff. Amazing experience, very friendly staff, clean hospital, and very well organized!

0 if possible. Mostly staff issues. Took a nurse named Raj over 90 minutes to print some papers and discharge my pregnant wife. Just thought her personal phone calls were more important. I hope her superior sees this. I'm sure we weren't the only ones she did this too. Find a new profession.
