Medical: I get the best service and healthcare I can get here. They listen and they show they care.nnDental: the staff are so friendly. Dr. Tissue takes his time with my teeth, making sure I am comfortable and happy with the results.

Still waiting for a script to be corrected. It’s going on 6 days now of being without a medication that can’t be abruptly stopped. I’m having significant side effects, I have called twice and i found out my pharmacist has called on his own with major concerns that I have been without for too long. I went to the pharmacist again right after work tonight as I was assured by the nurse that there will be a refill there. I explained the side effects I’m having & she was going to hand the Dr. the script herself so it could be picked up after I got out of work. Here I am with yet again NO medication. This place is going to kill someone with malpractice! I have amazing patience and am at my wits with this neglectful kind of Medical treatment! Please consider another Doctor for yourself and your loved ones!

This is not a proper clinic, it’s a crime scene. After being quoted for a crown and paying 50% down, Great Lakes Bay Health Center refused to do the work (over 6 months), saying it NOW costs nearly $200 more. They also failed to provide proper preventive care, cleaning, etc over the past year. I requested a refund, switching to a more caring clinic with professional administration. They finally issued refund check, $100 short. Today I phoned again, still refusing to provide refund in full. Following up with authorities and Blue Cross, who are ultimately responsible for health care crimes.
