I don’t like dealing with pnc which is why I closed my account. I feel like they don’t handle money well. I’ve been shorted there before

Very pleasant to do business at this PNC branch. Staff are very professional and friendly. Ms. Shannon Petzold is an exceptionally impressive officer of the relationship banker.
This bank is absolutely ridiculous. I attempted to cash a check to day that was written on PNC bank from a well known large company. They wanted to charge me 2% of the amount of the check to cash it!!! What type of foolery is this? I'd have to say this borderlines extortion of some sort. Their would be no cost they said if I was to open an account. I don't want to open one, but I think you should honor and cash a check that was written on your bank. Hence the reason I am no longer affiliated with any banks, I personally think credit unions are better. PNC is a NO for me. I can't see them being around a long time. That's just crooked.
I always get absolutely phenomenal service at this branch, for everything from mortgages to foreign transactions to dealing with my international family. I don't live or work particularly near Rochester Hills but this is my go-to branch!
