Although the staff was friendly and courteous, The ordering process in the store was absolutely unacceptable. I pre-paid $85 for a pair of boots that were clearly in stock when they were ordered. Only to find out two hours later I received an email saying I’m sorry your order has been canceled??!!nIt gives you an 800 number. Called the 800 number and it was the rudest woman I’ve ever spoken to. I did end up calling the store and spoke with a manager she was a very delightful and tried very much to help me. However she still had to call the 800 number to get the information for the order I placed. The money was immediately taken out of my bank account it took 10 days....yes 10 days for them to return the money on the ordered boots!!! If you are going to shop here shop with what they have in stock do not do any online orders very disappointed my first experience with this company.
I got a great pair of Puma shoes. The price was great. I also didn't have to wait in line like foot locker is doing right across the hall.
Didn’t plan to buy any more shoes, but I couldn’t help myself! I found great choices and good prices. The clerks are most helpful and accommodating. Just wish they had more people to wait on customers. Super service from those that I have encountered! Thanks!
