They go above and beyond expectation to assure every trip is safe and convenient. They were the first pet store in the area to offer curbside service during the pandemic. And still provide whatever is needed to accommodate a high-risk shopper. Most recently they curbside fit an easy walk harness so I wouldn't have to go inside to fit my dog.
They have great customer service. I've never had to carry a bag of dog food out to my car - someone always offers to do it (I don't even have to ask for help). They also have a great selection of products for both our dog and our fish. So glad to have them here!
The store is always clean, they have a great selection of freshwater fish and a great selection of reptiles. The employees are always super helpful. Love this pet store!
