I love, love everything about this store. Good quality stylish clothes that fits really well.
I was at this store to get some T-shirts for men which was on a promotion online. The store did not have any sign of promotion (which I understand), so I asked and showed Jcrew online site on my phone to one of the female staff who was very kind if they have same thing going on. She kindly answered she would ask George (I think he is the manager) if she could offer the price online to me. The manager said he would but didn’t seem so happy. When I brought couple of T-shirts at the counter to make payment, he said some of the T shirts I picked are not on the same promotion. I was not happy with this guy treating me like who wants to bargain with him, so I told him I’ll order online and walked out.nWhen I returned home, I checked out their T shirts including what I picked at the store (essential crew neck, v neck, neppi cotton crew neck shirts) on the website and they were on promotion online (buy 2 get 20%, get 3+, 30% Tees), unlike what this guy said to me at the counter. I wouldn’t turn back to any customer who visited physically to your store to get something they found online. I was very very disappointed to this store and Jcrew staffs.
