Great coffee. Nice layout of the space. Good staff. Ordered a plain bagel here, untoasted. 1. Wasn’t fresh. 2. Didn’t taste like an NYC bagel (another place in town does have bagels that taste like NYC bagels). Anyway, I didn’t want to hurt their feelings about the not fresh part so I only mentioned part 2, and asked if it could be toasted after all. They actually gave me a new bagel instead and toasted it. And it also seemed way fresher. So they handled a little situation well. Last time I got a breakfast sandwich, which was tasty. I like this place. ☝ufe0f
