PMC Regional Hospital

Physicians Medical Center is a great center where I have had several procedures done here however I have to note that they are contracted with a company called One Anesthesia. AVOID them all all cost. I have been fighting a bill with a collections company for $56.98 (even though I sent in payment and sent in proof that I sent in payment) for over 12 months. Upon reading the reviews for One Anesthesia it seems I am not alone. I read 31 reviews for them, all one star with VERY similar billing experiences.

I've had two surgeries here and each time I have been significantly impressed by the quality of service. The nurses are incredibly attentive and caring, and the doctors stop by regularly to confirm what you are in surgery for and to check on any questions you have. Dr Shep has done both of my surgeries and is the best doctor I've ever had. Facilities are very clean and all of the instructions they give are clear. They even send a thank you/get well card after you leave. I couldn't recommend this location more!

5 star nurses an doctors! Very caring! The guy who did my pain block got nasty with me. When all i asked was what he was doing. He knew he did. Didnt even apologize. The nurse did for him. She said he shouldn't have talked to me like that.

The staff was extremely professional, caring, and nice! I stayed overnight and the facility was super clean, quiet, someone was available at any time that I needed them. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!

I had a medical procedure performed at PMC. The friendly staff made me feel comfortable, and the place was spotless. Very happy with both the service and the timely billing afterward. I even got a follow up call the next day to make sure I was doing well. Thank you PMC nurses and staff!
